Ketaros Treasures - Postcard Rack
Adds a Postcard Rack for the "Greetings from" postcards found in "Ketaros Treasures".
Uses a modified nif based on the Magazine Rack. Resized it and made it so that you can put it on any surface so you can keep the rack on a counter.
