Applias alias renaming to Feral Ghouls

This is a fairly simple mod, that uses a few of the random name sets supplied by the Alias framework, and applies them to Feral Ghouls.
Requires SPID and the Alias Framework
Doesn't touch any vanilla records, so it should be compatible with anything that doesn't already rename the generic Feral Ghouls
Utilises a cache system, so that it should go through all possible names before you see any repeats
The base version covers all ghouls. A patch is also available which only distributes it to only Legendary Ghouls instead (effectively a replacer for the ghouls component of True Legendary Enemies).
