I found the Cryolator in Horizon too underpowered and wasting ammo. It is, after all, a weapon that can freeze the enemy and that someone who knows how to design it has been working on for months. This thing can't be that weak. And you can't survive one shot with light clothes, only with thick and cold-repellent clothes and on higher levels. Maybe for some this mod is too overpowered for Horizon. Then please ignore. I'll put it online anyway for those whose game it fits.
