How does this "mod" work?
It quite literally just runs a bunch of commands on the selected target, with a bat command! which is why we need to drag it into the Fallout 4 directory, very simple yeah? anybody can do it.. but for some reason, nobody did yet so I did!
Please put "modav" in the Fallout 4 directory, then when you wanna modify stats click on the NPC and type "bat modav" and boom! you now have the dream team settlers
