You can recruit Timothy, the over-polite random encounter Synth as Settler after you point him toward Bunker Hill.

About this mod:
A simple mod that lets you recruit Timothy, the over-polite random encounter Synth refugee after you point him toward Bunker Hill.
Recruitment quest: once Bunker Hill's workshop is unlocked, a quest objective with Timothy's location appears. Upon meeting him, he tells you he needs to go to Bunker Hill "urgently" and asks you how to get there. Tell him the direction to Bunker Hill (optionally demand money if you wish). Once he arrives, the quest objective updates. The next time you travel to Bunker Hill, he greets you and thanks you for your help with a moderate amount of Caps. You can either thank him the reward, brush him off or demand more and even more money. Optionally, you can even extort money from him by telling him you sell him out to the Institute (note that failing this last "red" speech challenge makes him to run away).
In addition to the dialogue scenes, I added some greeting and "workshop assigment confirmation" lines to him, as usual.
Notes: I didn't add the common "farmer" lines to him (e.g., "Can't remember the last time I had clean fingernails."), I rather made some unique ones for him.
