About this mod:
You can recruit Cassie Dalton as settler after you complete the quest Blood Tide.
It doesn't come with a recruitment dialogue. Once you complete the quest, they next time you arrive at the Dalton Farm, Cassie will be there along with two unnamed settlers. If you've already completed the quest, she will be there regardless.

Far Harbor DLC.
