Description
This is an 'improved' (more updated) Power Armor CAT RIG and importer that includes some updates from Zgabuterimon's original rig.
The updates are as follows:
- Pelvis can now be moved and rotated. This was not possible in the previous rig.
- Body Meshes have been recoloured appropriately to match the human rig and Armor Plate meshes are now a darker shade or black.
- Each Shoulder Pauldron will now follow the arms.
- A Note Track has been added for annotation implementation for use with Camera Work, AnimObjects and/or Weapon Animations.
- Now includes versions for both 2013 and 2015 3DSmax.
- The Camera has been pre-set up as an 'Animated Camera' for use, but you will need to input an annotation on the Note Track if you wish to use the camera in your Animation. Please see below. If you do not require the camera, this pre-setup will not affect your exported animation (unless of course you need to use the AnimObjectA node, which has been taken by the bip_camera node.....use AnimObjectB!)


Installation
Extract to a working area of choice. This is not a mod you install via a mod manager.
Notes
- If you are using the hkx to fbx plugin to work with vanilla HKX animations, you must import the converted fbx file onto the importer 3DSMax RIG that comes with this resource. If you use another, the saved cat clips will not load correctly onto this new updated CAT RIG Scene file!#
- To activate an 'animated camera', add an annotation StartAnimatedCamera.AnimObjectA on any keyframe to force the viewport of the in-game camera on that keyframe - You can animate the camera by animating the bip_camera which is the yellow box node inside the pink camera.
