So here it is, the Tesla Cannon remade to look as accurate to the original, just like the Plasma Defender.
If you haven't somehow noticed already, the Plasma Defender and Tesla Cannon both appear side by side in the Institute Arsenal Overhaul. This is because you're witnessing the new and improved Arsenal Overhaul development process. The individual weapons will be made as standalone generic versions FIRST. Once all 4 weapons from the original Institute AO are created, they will be retextured and reworked to be the new Institute weapons in the Institute AO Redux!
Anyways, enough about a mod not released yet. Here's the info about the Tesla Cannon!
Spawns at level 20 on Brotherhood, Gunners, Vendors and Supermutants
There is of course a unique weapon, this one maybe being a bit familiar
