Change the 1st person arm model of the B-35C Brotherhood Heavy armor into the correct model.

The B-35C Brotherhood Heavy armor is one of the best armor mod to improve the Brotherhood while still retain the vanilla feel. But i don't know why xgamer468 decide to use vanilla Heavy combat armor model for its 1st person model and 6 year after his mod was upload i still can't find anyone rectify this so i decide to do it myself.
The mod is a pretty simple change to the 1st person model using base mod assets and Bodyslide and Outfit studio then a simple patch with Fo4Edit. Final mod is esl flagged.
