Covenant settlement renovated with expanded borders.
No requirements, small file.
- Permissions and credits
• Expanded workshop borders so you can build now on bigger and wider area (look at last screen)
• Replaced settlement story (old quests removed, old citizens replaced by ghouls counterparts with note on bar that explains what happened)
• Bigger walls (also expanded)
• Cleaned area
• Custom building made practically from 0
• Connection to the lake
• Fisherman hut with nice pond nearby
• Many prewar trees around settlement
• Added working chimneys
• Added 2 custom items
• Added 2 new cats
• Added custom enemy
• Removed objects related to old quests
• Bigger and smaller environmental changes
