Mr. Frothy can be found within the Financial District, over at Joe's Spuckies.
You might need some robotic expertise...
He has a special unreleased Mr. Frothy miniature model!
You can't just kill him to get it...
Mr. Frothy comes with fearsome weapons that can destroy any hostiles!
Sadly, this model is highly unique and is tied into his brewing subroutines, thus is impossible to transfer to other models.
Mr. Frothy is aware of the dangers of the RED MENACE!
Be sure to report any suspected commies to the proper authorities!
He doesn't make Buddy obsolete!
Mr. Frothy will NOT cool items like Buddy! He's not a fridge!
He doesn't make Soda-Mixers obsolete!
Mr. Frothy will only produce Ice Cold Nuka-Cola, if you want the warm versions, you'll have to make them yourself...
