Changes the rain texture from True Stroms with the one from NAC X

In VR the True Storms rain looks ugly, and NAC X weather effects are horrible visually in VR. To get around this I've made this little patch.
Requires True Storms
Setup method -
Go into NAC X settings and Ban all weathers from each category and disable all weather effects rad storm siren etc etc
True Storms configure how you like

Now with the patch installed instead of huge ugly rain drops you can barely see through you get the nice subtle overlay of NAC rain without all the extra nonsense and the excellent sky / audio of true storms.
