NOTICE: The TimeScale value is set if you start a new game. If you activate the plugin after, You have to type set timescale to 6 in the console. The value is carried from save to save from this point.
Description
This mod changes TimeScale to 6 and fFastTravelSpeedMult to 2, so that time passes more slowly and fast travelling takes roughly the same time as jogging to a location.
Uninstall
Remove timescale.esp and type set timescale to 20 in the console.

I am going to fix the timescale value not setting automatically after GECK comes out, because I can't fix if without.
