The name comes from my modding guide, against which I made this ENB. The weather mod in use is True Storms (Vivid Weathers for pre-2.0 versions), but I don't think it's required to use this ENB. (See compatibility notes below.)

This ENB makes colors a little more vivid. It makes sunrises and sunsets a little more dramatic. It brightens up the landscape a little while leaving dark nights dark.

The difference is subtle in some places, more dramatic in others. The screenshots do more than I could say about what to expect, so check those out.

INSTALLATION:

• Manually download this preset.
• Download this version for compatibility with Fallout4.exe version 1.10.163. The April 2024 Bethesda update is not yet supported.
• Install contents of "Wrapper version" to main FO4 folder.
• Unpack the files from this preset into the same folder, overwriting the files from enbdev.
  

To upgrade to a newer version of this preset, just download the update and overwrite existing files. Updating from pre-2.0 to 2.0 should also work this way.

COMPATIBILITY NOTES

This ENB was made while using ELFX and True Storms. You are welcome to use it without those mods. Let me know how it looks for you.

1.1: Disabled EnableSkyAmbientCalculation, which made some interiors unnaturally bright. Made nights a little darker. Fixed nighttime horizon, which had a weird red glow.

1.2: Fixed DistanceColorMultiplierNight so that distant buildings don't look like they're glowing in the fog.

1.4: Made tweaks to daytime fog effects.
