Minimal scraping to keep the build basically in the same spot the original buildings were, I didn't scrap the sidewalks or the roads, I scrapped the retaining walls because I rebuilt them, in the large parking lot area I cleared out that area, scraped everything including those retaining walls as well and rebuilt them, ALL the houses with an interior inside the boundary was scraped and rebuilt I also, added a restaurant and shop up the stairs in the bus stop area...I also rebuilt the large ruined building across the street I suggest scrapping that if you want to use the building, I used a boundary expansion mod so this doesn't QUITE fit in the vanilla borders but I tried my best.
As usual there will be an undecorated and a decorated version. Undecorated version will be uploaded first, mod list and pictures will be updated once the decorated version is finished, it has stuff in the shop/restaurant to show you what it is but that's it. Farm fully set up, water as well. Defenses in place.
