An office settlement plan for a comfy fun office.

Gun for Hire offers turning the office into a full settlement. Its not supported in the mod but Ive found it works perfectly fine. I love messing around with making this a settlement in SS2 and I thought Id share.
Remember to follow the advice in the Gun For Hire mod and use the Gun for Hire holotape to set the settlement to full.
The population can end up making the place a bit overcrowded. You may want to reduce population or get the push mod. Leave the recrtuitment beacon on at your own risk (It might be useful to leave it on and then take some settlers and send them to other settlements).

Redid almost all the layouts and plots.
Expanded it to a tiny 3 level build. :D
Updated to work with SS2 CH3.
