Fixes the condition of dead NPC not dropping their weapon upon death due to a mod changing iDeathDropWeaponChance. Many weapons have their components go into an exploded view upon death too. This mod simply restores a vanilla FO4 setting of FormID 0001A23C, iDeathDropWeaponChance to 100.
