This Preset was made with the idea of adding more "pop" and color for winter wasteland modlists :)
It adds just the right amount of effects like Bloom, Chromatic Aberration, HDR, and more!
Take a look at the screenshots for a better look at how this preset will changed you snowy wasteland!
I would 100% recommend using either "Icepick Overhaul" or "Winter Overhaul" alongside "Polluted Climate-Winter Edition"
You can find them in the requirements (They are not required)
[INSTALLATION]
If you do not know how do install Reshade for Fallout 4 I recommend giving Apoqsi's video a watch.

If you already have Reshade loaded into Fallout 4, you'll want to open Reshade's menu (HOME BUTTON)
Once its open go to the top and find "Frozen Apocalypse Preset" ini file in your downloads folder and VOILA!
Reshade should load the preset, if there is some filters or shaders you feel don't fit or work for you,
you can easily check and uncheck them if you choose to do so.
