First iteration
The South Boston Checkpoint Bravo emergency anouncement can be stopped using the console, but I thought I'd add an option to the terminal inside. There is a restart option but sometimes it doesn't happen, I can't quite work out why, I think it has to do with whether the mod is installed before or after the player discovers the Checkpoint.
