A quick patch for weapon dismemberment in Lunar Fallout Overhaul

Lunar Fallout Plus is a series of mods that are designed to be run as addon modules to Lunar Fallout Overhaul. They're setup to be modular, to allow the user to pick and choose which they want to add.
Because a 10mm isn't going to decapitate you.
This is a simple patch for Lunar Fallout Overhaul weapons, to adjust them so that weapon dismemberment makes a bit more sense. Smaller weapons and blunt melee weapons are no longer going to cause your enemies head to pop off.
