About this mod
At first a private estate Red Rocket grows into a large bustling city of some fifty citizens. Walled to protect itself from the beasts of the wastes - human and not.

This City Plan will add workbenches, raider entertainment, and a nice house on the roof to use. The streets are wide giving a lot of room for customization.
The population is aimed to 50 citizens. In this settlement Ive not had lag problems with it but be aware.
Use the Faux Power option from the Workshop Framework (Found on the workbench).

This is my first effort at making a mod/plan - so nice feedback is appreciated.
