This is a simple mod for people who want their damage multipliers consistent across ALL difficulties without the need for another MCM slider. When starting a new game it gets tiring checking and setting hundreds of MCM settings.
Incoming and outgoing damage are now changed to 1x for all difficulties survival included.
This is part of a WIP overhaul mod called DESOLATION. I will be uploading the sub mods for this overhaul until a Beta version is released.
Compatibility:
"Should" be compatible with any other mod that modifies damage. Depending on how the other mod modifies damage multipliers. If the other mod changes the fdiffmultHP settings, and or the HC_DamageMultPerk, make the DESOLATION - Damage Balance mod load AFTER the conflicting mod.
