Once you complete the Reformation quest, the fog will recede. If you already completed the quest in your game, it'll still work as well.
Put the mod above any and all Far Harbor settlement mods in your load order, so it loads before them. If you have any sort of mod that edits Far Harbor weathers, this mod may or may not work.
Note to people using previs/precomb repair packs:
Using these packs may negate the effect of this mod around the vanilla settlements, meaning there will still be fog or radiation, even after Reformation was completed. To fix this, move the previs/precomb repair above this mod in your load order.
