A safe place to do some fishing... heh, "safe"... having Super Mutant's lairs nearby is not exactly my idea of safe...
At least I can do some fishing here without interruptions...
The usual stuff, Safe farming on the top floor, Fusion Generator included and some extra stuff, oh and please use the scrap everything mod to get rid of the roo

A (relatively) safe place to do some fishing, you can even build a fish farm here.
Usual stuff, safe farming on the top floor, Fusion Generator, some beds and a few extra stuff here and there. Just make sure you use the Scrap Everything mod to get rid of the broken roof of the main house before you import my blueprint.
Neeher's Climbable Ladders mod is also included, so make sure you have installed it too.
