ダンドゥとBOSが敵対しないように変更しました。ダンドゥの近くにある乾燥機にアクセスできなかった問題を修正しました。

ダンドゥと取引できるようになりました。彼は食料と弾薬を中心に取り扱っています。
へスター・ロボティクスの近くに住む敵対NPCのダンドゥと２匹の犬（ルビー＆シャグ）が友好的になります。既に彼らと出会って倒していてもリスポーンします。
近所に住むスリムやロボットとも敵対しないよう変更します。
また、犬が発光モングレルになるとダンドゥと同士討ちしてしまうため、犬が放射線を出さないように変更します。

Changed so that Dando and BOS are not hostile. Fixed an issue where the dryer near Dando was inaccessible.

You can now trade with dando. He mainly deals with food and ammunition.
Dando, a hostile NPC who lives near Hester's Consumer Robotics, and two dogs (Ruby & Shug) become friendly.
They will respawn even if you have already met them and killed them.
Change so that it will not be hostile to Slims and robots living in the neighborhood.
Also, if the dog turns into a Glowing Mongrel, it will fight with Dando, so we will change the dog so that it does not emit radiation.
