Decorating items are junk items found in the game world that have been disabled physic so NPCs can not knock them over.
This settlement was built using only vanilla and DLCs objects and items with the help of the Place Everywhere mod by TheLich and the Workshop Framework mod by kinggath(I only use it to increase the settlement build limit).
I highly recommend using Brighter Settlement Lights by Elvani with all of my blueprints.
This is the most difficult settlement I have worked on so far. Normally I would have somewhat of a layout mapped out in my head but this settlement is like the moon's surface, has zero plat space. I have no idea what I was doing and just build as I go. It turned out to be a bit of a mess and this is probably the best I can do. Hope you enjoy it and feel free to leave any suggestions.

Important
- Make sure that you have F4SE, HUDFramework and Transfer Settlements installed
- Manually scrap all objects (DO NOT use Scrap Everything mod)
- Enable ‘Import original items (not built by the Player)’.
- Enable 'Import DLC items / Import mod-added items'.
- Enable 'Import wired power connections'.
- Enable 'Restore snapped power connections'.
- Use the "Disable" console command to remove the 2 unscrapable children's beds
