Both MAIM and F4llout 76 Mutations make changes to how Rad-X behaves, ultimately conflicting with each other. All I did was make a small patch to forward the changes of F4llout 76 Mutations and MAIM so that you can enjoy both together.
Load below F4llout 76 - Mutations. Only use the base version, not the Lite version. My patch works fine with the Russian Stimpack Replacer patches.
