I don't see why you people are complaining. Yes, it took years for Curie to develop the antidote And yes, the serum had only one dose because the rest expired and Curie could not obtain more components. But think about it. Curie must still have the formulae and the player can search the wasteland for those components. And I'm pretty sure the Institute might have some.
I always figured she was unable to make more because she was stuck in that room ever since Dr. Burroughs died. I would have the necessary mole rat meat need to be from Secret 81. Seriously, it's carried by Clyde's descendants! Clearly, they have the antibodies in their systems. Once you have the medic and chemist perks, Curie should realize this (and the molerats in Secret 81 should respawn), prompting you to go and craft the cure/vaccine. (Dr. Forsythe will be able to take it from that point, freeing you from having to deal with it a third time!)
Cant find the recipe anywhere. I have all chemist perks unlocked and im level 45. Do you have to complete the vault 81 quest first to be able to craft it?
I saw the description said "and most likely won't be able to be obtained right after completing the quest to find the cure." Idk if that meant that you need to complete the quest first or not.
Cool mod, I will download it. To be honest, it would be awesome if you could make a "quest for the cure", where the player needs to go through another +75 lvl adventure to finally find the recipe for the cure. And there should be very rare ingredients for it.
think of it this way - It took curie HOW many years to perfect this vaccine? on top of that, compare it to the stimpak. i would say to try and base the stimpak recipe mixed with something that would seem logical to what curie would of had to use and do.
Maybe use -spoiler?- the mysterious serum as a component maybe? After all - no one knows what the serums for anyway
I guess they just wanted to add some kind of dilemma with the whole, Curie not being able to make more thing, but it is kinda dumb. I mean seriously. If it could make a bunch of batches like it claims it did, then it could make more. Good on ya for fixing this intentional oversight.

What do you think?
just saying
hint hint and all that.

hopefully, after the geck is released, curie will find a way to make the cure herself with a little questing, or something.
Technology can be used only once, and can't go to mass like in real world.
