LTC Patch - Enhanced Wardrobe Patch

Tweaked some bipods and added or corrected apparel keywords adding also Weave to a few items. Fixed flags of leveled list where they needed and its compatible with mods like LIF.
Required mod:
- Enhanced Commonwealth Wardrobe v1.0
- No AWKCR and AE (mod's patch) v1.0

LTC Patch - Organized Militia Tweaks
Spoiler:
Mostly increase items list from hats and glasses. Added LL_Clothing_Cosmetic_Eyewear_25 to the mod's options. Minutemen Vertibird Pilots will use SSTLL_Minutemen_Armored and a few others have different options instead of using only Minuteman Outfit (all are related to Minutemen vanilla leveled lists).

- Organized Militia - Lightweight Minuteman Overhaul v0.3 (OUTFITS ESP)
