Adds a Standalone Paint job based on Hastur, The King in Yellow from Robert Chambers' novel "The King In Yellow"
The paintjob is intended for use with the Hood and Cape modifications but will still work without them.
Requirements:
Hard Requirement: "Midwest Power Armor Evolution" by newermind43
Installation:
Simply use your favourite mod manager or manually extract the files to your Fallout 4 "Data" folder.
