About this mod

Give life to Clone/Synth companions and settlers. Comes with optional visible Player sleep mode (with threesome) and supports adding custom presets with renaming options.

Permissions and credits
About this mod:

Allows you to create unlimited number of Clones/Synths companions/settlers for yourself. You can make them to look like the player, and Nate or Nora, depending on your choice. Custom face presets are supported too, see "Add custom NPCs". Custom NPCs can also be customized in the character customizer menu. Clones/Synths have Player voices, 650+ lines for both female and male voices.

All choices and settings (e.g., visible Player sleep, how many compainons to travel with, romance, threesome, etc.) are optional. Settings are in the "Clone Holotape".

Since this mod utilizes its own "unlimited companions" system and every setting can be turned off, it should be compatible with any other mods. It does not alter the behavior of vanilla companions in any way.

Features/Content in keywords:

 1. Give life to Clones and Synths (Player/Nora/Nate/Custom Face presets; voiced: 650+ lines; romancable; not in vanilla companion slot)

 3. Companion Info Panel (shows the home settlement of the Clones/Synth; contains the Smart Companion Inventory Transfer)
 4. Send "Follow Me" / "Dismiss" signal to all nearby Clones/Synths (quickly pick up / dismiss any nearby Clones/Synths)
 5. Relocate Synths/Clones in Workshop Mode anytime (send Clone/Synth companions to another settlement in Workshop Mode anytime)
 6. Threesome (have a threesome with either two Clones/Synths or 1 Clone/Synth and 1 vanilla Companion, depending on your choice...)
 7. Add custom NPCs with custom face preset to the mod
 8. Rename custom Clones/Synths
 9. Right Side Dialogue Camera for Clones (optional file; dialogue camera faces Clones from the right side, similarly as with the Player)

Features/Content in detail:

1. Give life to Clones and Synths

Synths and Clones are pretty similar. If you're friends with the Insitute, you can create Synths. If you're not, you can create Clones. Synths wear Insitute outfits and have Insitute Rifles while Clones have 10mm Pistols and wear Pre-War dresses (or a Vault Suit if you clone yourself). To create one: Workshop Mode >> Resources >> Miscellaneous. Yes, you can build them in Workshop Mode. Synths teleport in with the fancy effect shader. They'll be automatically added to the population of the settlement where you create them. Clones/Synths can be stored in the workbench if you don't need them anymore (items from their inventory will be transferred to the workbench).

2. Visible Player Sleep

You can see your character sleeping and waking up. To enable/disable, check/uncheck the option "Player lies down" in the "Clone Holotape".

3. Companion Info Panel

Open the "Clone Holotape" and check the checkbox next to "Clone Info Button Visible". Approach a Clone/Synth, then open the menu. You can see the Synth's/Clone's home and the Smart Companion Inventory Transfer (SCIT). SCIT allows you to transfer your Clones'/Synths' Weapons / Armors / Drinks / Chems / Ammo to their home settlement's Workshop Workbench instantly.

4. Send "Follow Me" / "Dismiss" signal to all nearby Clones/Synths

In the "Clone Holotape", if you press one of these two options, all nearby Clones/Synth will start / stop following you. It's a simple and fast way to pick up / dismiss unlimited number of NPCs.

5. Relocate Synths/Clones in Workshop Mode anytime

You can relocate your Clones/Synths in Workshop Mode regardless whether they're currently companions or not. If they're companions, they won't stop following you and go to that settlement but their home settlement will change.

6. Threesome

Based on a request for one of my other mods, I thought I add this "bonus feature" to this one... You can have a thresome with 2 Clones/Synths or 1 Clone/Synth + 1 vanilla Companion. Threesome options are in the "Clone Holotape". To sleep with them, they don't need to be your current companions but they have to be romanced.

If you'd like to have a threesome and you'd like your character to lie down as well, you'll need a bed with at least three furniture interation points (important: only if threesome mode and Player lies down are both checked). Since there are no such beds in the vanilla game, I've made some "threesome beds". They are based on the Noir Penthouse's, Neon Flats', Charlestown Condo's and the vanilla game's Double Beds. Creation Club (CC) beds can be built only if you have the actual CC content (reason: their assets like meshes and textures are not included in this mod. Note: this mod has no requirements or mod dependecies). Beds' location: Workshop Mode >> Furniture >> Beds.

About romancing Clones/Synths: after you travel with a Synth/Clone companion at least 72 ingame hours (sleep/wait time counts too), the next time you "Talk" to them (so they won't "forcegreet" you), they ask you if you're interested in becoming more than friends. You can say yes, turn them down, hesistate, etc.. If you don't choose the negative option, they ask you to go on a date with them.. If you agree, they'll become romancable. If you don't go on a date with them, they'll offer it later. The romance option won't be offered again if you say no.

7. Add custom NPCs with custom face presets to the mod

First of all, you need to use the .esl version of the main mod file. To add new actors to the mod, download and activate the optional file "CloneF.esl/CloneM.esl" (for female/male). If you'd like to have more custom NPCs of the same sex, just rename the custom NPC files (e.g., NPC1 = CloneM.esl, NPC2 = CloneM2.esl). Open Workshop Mode and navigate to Resources >> Miscellaneous. You'll see "Clone"/"Synth" (depends on whether you're friends with the Insitute or not). He/she is a simple non-edited actor based on the default preset of Nora/Nate. After you place them in the game world, open the console and type "SLM RefID" (click on the NPC to see their RefID) to change their appearance. Note: practically, you don't have to use the console and "SLM", any mod added character customization menu should work. To add another new NPC to the mod, simply copy the optional file and activate this one too (the game can load up to 4096 ESLs so you don't have to worry about them). CloneF.esl/CloneM.esl has to be lower than than the main mod file in your load order. In other words, the main file needs to be loaded first. Please do not modify other NPCs added by this mod, only these custom NPCs are meant to be customizable.

8. Rename custom Clones/Synths

To use this feature, you need to have F4SE installed. The custom console command's syntax:

CQF CloneYourself_Quest Rename RefID NewName

It should look like this: CQF CloneYourself_Quest Rename FF123456 Alex. This would rename the NPC whose RefID is FF123456 to Alex.

9. Right Side Dialogue Camera for Clones

An optional file that makes the dialogue camera to face Clones from the right side, similarly as with the Player. (By default, the camera faces the Player from the right, and NPCs from the left side). This Optional file only applies to Clones, other NPCs and the Player are unaffected.

Requirements:

It has no requirements except the "Rename" command, this and only this feature requires F4SE.
