This is a mod that I originally made for myself, but decided to upload for everyone to use if they so choose to. There are now multiple versions of the mod.
Mod Versions:
- Suppressed Combat Rifle Sound Replacer: This version replaces the sound of the suppressed Combat rifle with that of the suppressed Assault Rifle.
- ----------
- Suppressed Combat Rifle Custom Sound Replacer (with Trigger Reset Click): This version replaces the sound of the suppressed Combat Rifle with a custom sound; a suppressed, subsonic .308 Winchester (with trigger reset click).
- ----------
- Suppressed Combat Rifle Custom Sound Replacer (Without Trigger Reset Click): This version replaces the sound of the suppressed Combat Rifle with a custom sound; a suppressed, subsonic .308 Winchester (without trigger reset click).
- ----------
- Suppressed Combat Rifle Custom Sound Replacer (with Trigger Reset Click) V2: This version replaces the sound of the suppressed Combat Rifle with a custom sound; a suppressed, subsonic .308 Winchester (with trigger reset click), but is 5.0 dB louder than the original to account for volume loss when the game plays the sound.
- ----------
- Suppressed Combat Rifle Custom Sound Replacer (Without Trigger Reset Click) V2: This version replaces the sound of the suppressed Combat Rifle with a custom sound; a suppressed, subsonic .308 Winchester (without trigger reset click), but is 5.0 dB louder than the original to account for volume loss when the game plays the sound.

Installation:
- Nexus Mod Manager is your best bet. Simply download and activate the file!
- For manual installation, simply download the file and extract it. Then drop the included folder named Data into your main Fallout 4 directory; the one that contains the game's executable (Fallout4.exe).
Uninstallation:
- If you used Nexus Mod Manager to install the mod, simply deactivate and uninstall it; you're good to go.
- For manual users, you'll need to go to your main Fallout 4 directory; the one that contains the game's executable (Fallout4.exe). From there, go to Data; sound; fx; wpn; and delete the folder named PistolA.
That's it; enjoy! If you like this mod, please leave me a comment and/or an endorsement. :)
