C.R.A.P. is an interesting idea, adding rusty variants of all the vanilla weapons is pretty cool, if you ask me. However, all I wanted was the extra textures, without any of the compatibilty balance issues that tend to crop up when you add new weapons to the game. Enter Faction Distribution Framework, which has a mechanism to distribute texture swaps for weapons and armor throughout the commonwealth.
This is a simple addon pack for FDF, that uses the textures from CRAP, as per their open permissions, and distributes them in world as paint jobs. It does not require the original mod.
