Transfer Blueprints of Tenpenny Tower built at Egrets Tours Marina. Complete with a player home at the top with tropy room, weapons room and armoury.

This is a recreation of Tenpenny Tower from Fallout 3 built at Egrets Tours Marina. I had originally built it at Sunshine Tidings but decided to rebuild from scratch on more level ground. It uses the mainly the Capital Wasteland Workshop pack plus a few clutter mod to spruce up the place. Also included at the top is a penthouse player home that has rooms for your magazine collection, outfits, weapons and trophies.
It is not a direct copy as the original design in fallout 3 can't actually fit into the outside footprint of the building. I tried but gave up after and while and just decided to make it look nice.
You will need to remove all items from the settlement so I strongly encourage the use of a scrapping mod (leave poor Phyllis alone though). All buildings need to go as this blueprint takes up all of the space.
