This was a pretty simple patch that just edits the helmet and sword. Cleaned esp, flagged as an esl. It is designed to be balanced for Lunar Fallout Overhaul, but not a strict requirement. No quest changes or leveled loot injection since these are unique items.
Steel Sword
Base Damage 35 (was 25)
Sharpened upgrade increases base damage by 50% plus bleeding.
Further upgrades increase base damage by 25% (new) plus their other damage buffs.
Iron Helmet
Armor Rating 12 (from 20)
Lead lined upgrade now increases weight by 30%
Radiation resistance increased from 15 to 30
Iron Helmet upgrades require armoror instead of blacksmith.
Added a missing keyword and removed an incorrect/unused keyword.
