A personal edit of Mink555's Fallout 3 lighting ENB, I liked it well enough, but some of the effects weren't applied automatically. I added more of a fallout 3 green tinting to more values and made several other tweaks.

Download the latest ENB binary and extract the files to your Fallout 4 directory (where the .exe is located), do the same to the files in the folder I provided and allow it to overwrite. Shift+Enter will open up the ENB menu.
