For those that use Classic Speech Checks Classic Speech Checks at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)
(or something similar), the vanilla Black Widow / Lady killer perk is gimped because the additional chance to succeed a speech check is meaningless.
This is a revamp of the perk so it gives 3 x exp on the first perk and removes the persuasion chance bonuses.
Rank 1: You're charming... and dangerous. Women/men suffer +5% damage in combat, you also gain 3 x EXP in successful persuasions.
Rank 2: Women/men now suffer +10% damage in combat. They are also easier to pacify with the Intimidation perk.
Rank 3: Women now suffer +15% damage in combat. They are now even easier to pacify with the Intimidation perk.
