Fallout 4 Fixes

Description:
This mod is intended to be a bug fix and consistency focused unofficial update for Fallout 4 and its DLC. My goal with this is to fix up what bugs and inconsistencies remain in an otherwise fairly stable game. What I do not plan on doing are things like completely overhauling perks, weapon or armor mods, or actor statistics. I also do not plan on restoring cut content like the Chinese Assault Rifle.

My priorities are mechanical and technical fixes, as well as gameplay consistency. Although things like minor object placement fixes and making dialogue grammatically correct is not my priority, I will likely fix them as I come across them.

Also, yes, I am aware Arthmoor has a similar mod already for Fallout 4, however when I started working on this mod, it had been over a year since it was updated. I had the wrong assumption that it was no longer being maintained. However I will keep my mod up and continue to maintain it with gameplay fixes and consistency tweaks.

List of Fixes:
Spoiler:
Show

Creatures:
• Creatures immune to radiation or poison will no longer take direct damage from weapons from those types.
• All Deathclaw variants are immune to Pain Train and being crippled by Dogmeat, as intended.
• Deathclaws now medium stagger when hit by a medium or stronger attack instead of small or stronger attacks (fixes stunlocking).
• All Yao Guai variants are now immune to Pain Train as intended.
• Yao Guai no longer force a target to medium or heavy stagger with every attack, and will no longer medium stagger with certain standard attacks.
• Vicious Dogs will no longer force a heavy stagger with power attacks.
• Robots are now immune to bleed damage.

Weapons:
• The Gatling Laser will now account for having more than 500 shots in Fusion Cores.
• Removed the same keyword being added twice to the Gatling Laser Charging Barrel.
• The Harpoon Gun is no longer marked as a Gatling Laser type weapon, now has Broadsider keyword (would have made a custom one, but the weapon types are used in the default object list).

• Energy weapons will no longer spawn with the 'Penetrating' legendary (useless combination due to an engine bug).

Armor and Power Armor:
• In power armor, heavy landing will no longer cause nearby non-hostile actors to go hostile

Perks:
• Gunslinger rank 5 conditioned to only cripple limbs with handguns as intended.
• Chemist ranks 3 and 4 now require 7 base Intelligence (not that it really matters).
• Nuclear Physicist now reduces Power Armor Core drain by the correct ratios per rank.
• Concentrated Fire rank 2 description changed to match the effect.
• Pain Train will no longer damage non-hostile actors when running into them.

Aid, Chems, and Food:
• Med-X description corrected.

Misc:
• Vault 81 Molerat Disease will now only be transmitted to the player if the player is bitten.
• Taking Med-X while poisoned will no longer permanently reduce Perception.

List of Consistency Changes:

Creatures:
• Deathclaws no longer deal double damage with power attacks, but no longer have a 10 second delay timer between using the same power attack animation.
• Yao Guai will now use standard attacks more often.
• Super Mutants and Behemoths no longer deal 50% more damage with power attacks, but will now medium stagger with them.
• Dogmeat and Raider Dogs will no longer deal 50% more damage with power attacks.

• Mythic Deathclaws now have a unique appearance.
• Yao Guai Perception is now consistent across the variants.

Weapons:
• Gamma Guns will no longer spawn with the 'Irradiated' legendary.

Misc:
• Automatron loading screens now only have a 5% chance to appear.
• Automatron random encounters now only have a 25% chance to replace base game encounters (reduced to 5% after beating the DLC).

Recommended Mods:
Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch: Our mods cover mostly different ground, but there likely will be some overlap as time goes on as I try to fix more gameplay bugs and wackyness. Load this mod after the Unofficial Patch.
