Adds new Ultraviolet Lasers, balanced around higher damage per shot but much lower capacity than regular lasers.

I've found lasers to be underwhelming damage wise and wanted some that packed more punch.

So here are lasers weapons using ultraviolet frequencies that do more damage per shot but have lower capacity.

Compared to standard Laser weapons:
Higher base damage - 60 (up from 24)
Lower magazine capacity - 5 (down from 30)
Greater weight - 4 (up from 3)
Higher AP cost - 35 (up from 25)

Ultraviolet lasers are high energy so I've added 10 radiation damage, this is purely for flavour and shouldn't affect gameplay in any meaningful way.
Because radiation damage sucks.

Mod contains:
UV Laser guns with their own skin
Mods for those guns
A bunch of neat violet effects to go with those

At the moment there is no levelled list integration, to get the gun you craft it at the chemistry workbench for free.
As this weapon type is intended for higher levels, barrels and capacitors have high perk and material requirements, for testing purposes those can also be crafted at the chemistry workbench for free.


With version 0.3 the UV Laser was added to leveled lists, when the player reaches level 35 it can be bought at weapon merchants such as Arturo in Diamond City, KL-E-0 in Goodneighbor and others.
It should also appear occasionally in the hands of Gunners, Super Mutants and Brotherhood of Steel soldiers.

Scopes, grips/stocks are identical their base game counterparts in both perk requirements and materials.

I did my best to make this balanced, but I cannot give any guarantees that these weapons aren't under or over powered.

Additional weapon mods:
Light Long Barrel -  alternate appearance version of Long Barrel
Marksman's Pistol Grip - alternate appearance version of the Marksman's Stock
Recoil Compensating Pistol Grip - alternate appearance version of the Recoil Compensating Stock
Focused Beam Splitter - Splitter with a tighter spread

Known Issues:
Beam Focuser changes the beam to have an additional red effect around it. I have yet to identify and modify it. Fixed in 0.3
The laser beam inside the automatic barrel is unchanged, same reason as above. Fixed in 0.3
