This mod cleans up Lake View Apartments, removes the Super Mutants and Raiders, and replaces them with Minute-Men and some Diamond City guards and residents. It also cleans up Edwin's house by Chestnut Hill Reservoir. This mod also includes the FC-Layton Apartments Mod.
