Greetings
I recommend using FO4Edit to check mods you downloaded for conflicts or errors before playing with them.
I always try to flag my ESP plugins as an ESL which means it will not occupy 1 of your 256 ESP slots. You have 4096 ESL slots, so you shouldn't get close to your limit unless you really want to for some reason.
There are 2 things you can download here:
- Looksmenu Preset based on Agent 47
- Appearance Replacer for Deacon
The Preset is already packed into the right folder structure. You don't have to mess with folders. Just activate it with your mod program as any other mod and the preset should be visible in the game (called "Agent 47"). Sure, you can move it to your overwrite folder or to your mod folder dedicated to presets, but it is not necessary.
The Appearance replacer does not change anything other than appearance. If any mod alters Deacon, it will interfere with this replacer here. I recommend checking in FO4Edit. If there are huge red sections, you should consider to drag and drop everything my mod changes about base game entries to the mod that has the highest priority. That way, your gameplay mod that changes Deacon will become the Appearance Replacer itself. My mod consists of the NPC entry solely, so you can just command any other mod to do the same thing with a simple drag-and-drop technique if necessary.
Why did i do this? I really like Agent 47. As a teenager, i could relate to him because i was a silent serious guy who just pretended to be a part of any group too, but i was more of a weirdo, so i could simultaneausly look up to him and imagine myself to become as a Giga-Chad as him when i'm grown up. I basically copied his behaviour to become less cringe which sounds cringe in itself but was definitely an improvement. Deacon from the game "Fallout 4" is supposed to be a top-level agent (for Railroad standards) who changes his face every few years, but i cannot take him as serious as Agent 47. I miss 47's stare and clean look. He looks as blank as Deacon, so i thought it wouldn't interfere with the idea of Deacons look. 47's face is forgetable because it has no remarkable features, so i think it could be plausible for Deacon to look like that. I'm not saying this preset is a perfect recreation of 47, but i personally can sympathize more with Deacon and that's enough reason to make such a simple mod.
This mod requires The Eyes of Beauty, because i was not satisfied with base game eye colors. The glasses you can see in that one screenshot is from a mod called Novelty Groucho Glasses.
