   I have been using this for awhile now and even on new runs, I have yet to find a synth uniform in any locker in the Institute. So, I started using that lootable uniform mod.

   If I could make a request to make this mod better, could you make the Synth Uniform so it has these benefits instead?
   
   +1 intelligence
   mod: allow ballistic weave
   
   This would make this mod perfect imo, the +1 perception does not do this uniform justice.
