Unfortunately, I think it is impossible to talk about what this mod does without some level of SPOILERS, so if you have not progressed far in the games main quest, or have just purchased the game, please keep in mind my description may spoil some mildly important plot points.

Do you like the Synth Uniform but were disappointed in the fact that you can only get one (from X6-88) in game? What to dress your companions up as Synths, but need three or four uniforms to do it right? This mod should help you.
This mod alters the leveled list for the Institute Lockers found, obviously, in the Institute. There are about seven lockers (there may be more, I'm not sure), with four in the SRB, and three behind the Synth vendor on the lower level. The Synth uniforms are no more likely to appear than the Courser Uniform (if I recall correctly, it's a 25% chance per locker), so you should get several.
Tested in game. Worked perfectly.
What this mod DOES do

Allows you to find more than one playable Synth Uniform in the game without using console commands.
What this mod DOES NOT do
--------------------------------------
Does not change any of the Synth Uniform's stats or appearance.
Install
--------------------------------------
Add the "Synth Uniform In Institute Lockers.esp" to your Fallout 4 "Data" directory, usually found in "[Steam Install Directory]\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4\". Activate using the mod manager of your choice.
Uninstall
--------------------------------------
Deactivate the mod in the mod manager of your choice, then delete the "Synth Uniform In Institute Lockers.esp" file in the Fallout 4 "Data" directory.
