Literally just copy pasted Directional Lighting from SP4 Darkness over to NAC. The mod in question:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/49046 Load Order
Load after SP4 in load order. You still need NAC installed. Make sure it loads after NAC X in your mod manager as well.
One could probably tweak it further by keeping some Ambient light variables closer to NAC but it should be sufficient for the darkness effect while not noticeably altering NAC weathers outside of that.
Made for personal use in like 10 seconds and figured people who don't want to use or know how to use xedit or whatever would maybe appreciate it. Though I recommend strongly just learning how to use it because it will save you a lot of time and effort 'googling' for incompatibilities.
