Fixed Power armor footsteps and fixed misaligned sights, Added optional One Handed Pistol Animations
New animation set for the laser rifle/pistol. The animations also work on the institute rifle as they share the same animations but the gun still looks horrendous. Before anyone says it I know that "lasers don't have recoil" but this is how I like my animations so please don't waste your time and brain cells they are a rare commodity these days.
