Patches Cross Courser Strigidae to follow Lunar Fallout Overhaul's balance rules for Clothing
1) Railroad Weave clothing takes up all body slots, and cannot have armor worn over it
2) Clothing with railroad weave cannot have armor modification slots
Yes, this does nerf the armor. If you want an OP piece of endgame armor, don't install the patch.
