The Russian assault pack comes with various quality weapons, but they're also busted as hell. So I decided to try to give em balancing I would use for a serious playthrough.
SVD Dragonuv - Nerfed to 35. You now find it earlier on Gunners than you do on Raiders.
My form of damage scaling is usually Semi < Lever Action < Bolt Action.
APS - Nerfed down to 20
To counter the bullet hosey-ness.
MP412 Remains the same
Saiga Shotgun is nerfed down to 58
PP Bizon - Damage nerfed to 23
I'm also offering a patch for 4estGimp's 7.62 x 25mm Framework
PP - Bizon is actually buffed to 27 in this version. Why? To give more use for the ammo.

AKM - Assault Rifle (I prefer this over AKM Complex)
MP-445 Viking - Pistol
