ESL-ified ESP with Tactical Reload dependencies removed. Effectively turns Warfighter's latest release into a lite plugin. Simply replace the original .esp with mine.

What this does . . .
- Removes Tactical Reload as a requirement for the new MW PP19 Bizon
- Changes the plugin file into a lite .esp, so it will not take a spot in the 255-plugin limit.
Simply replace the original .esp with mine, and you're all set.
Please keep in mind that the ESL-ification process changes the original form ids; so if you load a save that already has the weapon built from the original .esp, you won't see it anymore. This works best on a save that has never seen the original mod before.
