This mod aims to fix what I've always considered several long-running problems with Fallout 4.
The first problem is that the player could never actually craft Nuka grenades or mines - they had to be scavenged. No more! Now they can be crafted (with a ridiculously high perk cost and resources).
The second problem was that there was a huge difference in time between when the player finished clearing all of the parks for the Nuka Raiders and when they actually turned on the power plant, unlocking Project Cobalt's Quantum grenades. Now, I've restored a bit of cut content - the Nuka Cherry grenade (and newly-created Nuka Cherry mine)! Since Cherry isn't a dangerous radioactive chemical weapon, it actually requires nuclear material to craft, along with some hefty perk points in Demolitions Expert and Science! It's automatically unlocked after you're done clearing the last park. It does less damage than a Quantum grenade, but still does damage.
The third problem is that there was no mine counterpart to the Quantum grenade. Now, when you unlock Project Cobalt, you get the recipe to craft Quantum grenades and mines at the chemistry workbench.
The fourth problem is that Mini Nukes and Nuka Nukes only explode when fired from a launcher, and don't leave behind that familiar radiation hazard from Fallout 3 and NV. Now they explode when damaged at all and leave a small cloud of invisible radiation that disperses after about thirty seconds. Think of it like an easy-to-get mine. That you have to shoot.
This mod doesn't require any scripts or alter any levelled lists, so it should be 100% safe to install/uninstall at any time.
