Lunar Fallout Overhaul balance patch for The Makeshift SMG.
Changes are based on Moonracer's patch for the 10mm SMG, I think the Makeshift SMG is a higher quality alternative that can fill the same niche.
Ammo reciever spawning spread out
Ammo capacity reduced
Added level 4 reciever
Changed crafting requirements
Modified gun spawning - can now be found anywhere the vanilla SMG can be found, prior to level 20
